Trainer Biography

Valentina Cioce lives in her hometown of Naples, FL with her adventurous son, Dallas, and spunky daughter Luna Mia. In 2009, she became a certified personal trainer with NETA (National Exercise Training Association) for two years and then became certified with ACE (American Council on Exercise) in 2011. In 2015, she became a certified Yoga instructor through NETA. Valentina became certified as a Nutrition Coach through ACE in 2017. That same year she partnered with Max Flex fitness to teach bootcamps, yoga, and H.I.T.T. classes as well as one on one training. More recently, Valentina has become certified in corrective exercise through ACE as well as received a certification in Strong by Zumba.

Valentina’s fitness story began when she herself was out of shape and unsatisfied with her health. Realizing that changing her negative lifestyle habits that were keeping her from being at peace with her body gave her the drive and dedication to reinvent herself. Reaching her fitness goals wasn’t an easy task, but with each milestone reached, she grew confident in herself and felt powerful with after every achievement. Valentina’s next goal after achieving her personal goal (twice) was to become a certified personal trainer to share what she had learned from her own personal experience and education to help others take the steps to transform their own lives.

“I’m willing to work with anyone through any obstacle big or small,” says Valentina, who works with clients of all ages, as well as all physical ranges, to reach their fitness goals. When it comes to personal fitness, one person’s goal may be to lose weight and tone up, whereas another’s may be to decrease their back pain by improving their posture or even something as simple walking around their neighborhood without shortness of breathe; all of these goals are worth attaining.
